We are a hard-working, creative and dedicated team, split into three main functions: Programme, Marketing and Sales. Our Programme team are responsible for researching and creating our training courses, content piece production and building relationships with our trainers. Our Marketing Team showcases our product offering to our communities, in a variety of different ways and are responsible for producing timely and relevant content for our audiences. Our Sales Team are responsible for connecting public sector professionals with the right products and building long-lasting relationships.
We are also very passionate about rewarding hard work and performance. We work closely with our staff from their first day to train and develop them in their roles. Where possible, we are always looking to grow our staff into more senior roles and promote from within at every opportunity, entrusting our staff with more responsibility to contribute as they grow.
